Creative Services and Production

For Creative Services policy and procedure information please visit the Zendesk support portal and either search for “New Life Creative Services” or click the link in the spotlight section once you have logged in. If you don’t remember your password choose “forgot password” and check your inbox.

If your event DOES include rooms, resources, or support services such as vehicles, security, etc. you must put an event request in eSpace prior to requesting creative services. For event production needs you would choose the appropriate support service in eSpace.

If your event DOES NOT include rooms and resources, but does need production assistance you would still put in an event in eSpace to request production.
