What are MET Classes?
MET classes are a 9-month program that is designed for the average believer that feels a draw to do more for the kingdom. Often, we feel the heart of Jesus to do more but we feel ill equipped or lacking in experience on even how to start. These classes are designed to train and equip you in areas of biblical foundation, presenting the gospel, discipleship, counseling, practical ministry and how to be a spiritual leader. If you are looking to increase your spiritual influence in your everyday life; at work or feel called to launch into ministry these classes will lay the foundation to begin to live out the vision that the Lord has placed in your heart. Cultivating and encourage the calling inside of you is at the heart of this ministry.

You will be assigned someone from our Pastoral team as a guidance counselor to connect with you consistently during your experience. We desire your personal calling to be developed during this process.

Classes run Feb. 19th – November 5th 2023 (17 Sundays total)
1st and 3rd Sunday of every month
*no class on June 18 (Father’s Day)

We will have additional practical application and outreach times scheduled throughout the 9 months.
You must serve on a Sunday morning twice a month
Add on ministry trip towards the end of the program
Graduation November 12th as a New Life Commissioned Leader

$250 covers the cost of books and materials

How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years of age and up
Can I miss any classes?
You can only have 2 excused absences from Sunday classes. You must make up missed classes from audio recording.
Is their childcare?
Childcare will be provided for an extra fee
Are the classes accredited?
The classes are only accredited if you sign up to be an online West Coast Bible College student for an additional cost. If you are an online student with West Coast Bible College there will be additional bible classes and assignments that WCB College will assign. The additional tuition cost for WCB college is minimal.
Who will be teaching the classes?
We will have a variety of teachers made up of Pastors and teachers experienced in the class subject.
Is there homework?
We will assign practical application homework as well as scripture memorization requirements.
Will I be graded?
We will not do traditional grades but participation in classes, homework and practical application will be evaluated before you graduate as a New Life Commissioned Leader.
Can I start classes anytime?
No, You must start at the beginning and complete the program as a whole. A new MET class session will begin the following year.
