Front Runners (Seniors 55+)

Who says being a senior can’t be exciting? At New Life we define “Front Runners” as leading the way or forging ahead in life. Most of us have finished raising our children and are enjoying the rewards of being grandparents. Some of us are retired and others are still working, but all of us love the Lord.

Our senior couples and single adults believe that we are viable members of the community and vital to the success of New Life. We welcome you to Front Runners and the family of New Life!

Front Runners events are fun and exciting. Each month we plan different events to encourage other Front Runners to join us as we minister to others. Inactivity shortens life. An article in Newsweek stated that people who don’t attend church die at an average age of 75 while those who do live to be over 83 years old. As Front Runners, we need your help in many areas including hospitality, nursing home outreaches, decorating for events, telephone and mailing committees and event planning. So join us and let’s make a difference at New Life and in our community!

Minister Profile

David & Esther Zink have been actively pursuing the heart of God through pastoring, teaching, couples mentoring and counseling others for more than 40 years. They are excited to serve as Senior Adult Pastors at New Life and feel that “all our life’s experiences have prepared us for such a time as this.”
