Experience (Community Life Group Training)
While you may not lead or plan to lead a church small group, these courses are important for everyone because we are all part of small groups at home, at work, and in our community. These courses trains each participant in leadership principles and small-group dynamics. Participants will experience community by getting to know one another by building relationships with the people in the class, gain a perspective about leading a group that minimizes the challenges and increase their awareness of solutions, and are challenged to form groups at the end of the course or impact current groups you are already in.
